I will like some to clarify for me:


1) If someone has two kids who were born in the US and she is now married to a USC and planing to to Submit her AOS-

(a) In the Affidavit of supprt document 123A-Does she have to include their names since they are not immigrating with her and she is not applying for them, because the questions says- list name of all spouse and children migrating with you

b) can she list their name on form I-485

Note: She has the kids before she got married to the USC

Your sincere advice will be appreciated

1) If the kids don't immigrate with her, I don't think she has to include their names on the Affidavit

2) On the Part 3 B of the I-485 form, she will list all of her children.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong !

Please Note:

I said they are not immigrating with her because they are here already and they are USC
 
In part 3 of form I-864, they ask for children adjusting status, which clearly the USC children are not, so don't mention them there.

On form I-485, they ask for any children and wife/husband, and if they are applying for AOS, so you should list them, and check 'No' for the 'applying with you?' part.
