Kids Medical RFE for TB testing ?????

We got a Medical RFE for our Kid, it was TB test related. When I called the Doctor office they said that When we did the Medical test (10/25/2001) there was no need to do TB testing for Kids. But now the rules has changed , So need to do TB testing.

Anybody has similar situation.

I got a RFE for six pay statements and employment letter.

Yet to know about my wife RFE????

We have done our FP on Jan 2002, INS received on 01/31/2002, Don't know whether We will need to go for another FP?????

Hi,

I got a similar one for my son . He was three years old when we went for the medical tests and the doctors had written a note saying that the TB test were not required due to age.

RFE was issued by INS saying that according to some rule $%$...
all aliens two years and over required a TB skin test or X ray to be done.

They also issued a request for his birth certficate along with the medical RFE.
