Kids Approval : Different Messages

June 2 : approval Message not appearing online, but AVM confirm the approval

June 10 : Message changes to : Ordered new card .....

June 20 : Approval notice is send on June 19th (which we have already received on June 6 )

Let us see why are they sending the approval notice again ..

What do you think... what it could be ???
