Key Question for New AVM message.."Resumed"

The key question here is that how many guys here have Updated AVM and also case assigned to Officer...

I see people with August RD with new AVM msg and April/May RD with Old mg.

Does it mean Guys with July/Aug RD & new AVM will get approval sooner compared to April/May RD & Old AVM????????

I donot think so... Any other Opinion...
