My CP case was created at Guangzhou consulate last July,
but I made a mistake by filing 485 last July, and Nebraska Center requested
my file back from the consulate.
I still want to continue CP, so I've contacted the congressman for help, their
office told me that they can help me transfer my file back to Guangzhou through
Kentucky consular center , so I don't need to file 824. But I need to withdraw 485.
Anyone heard about this before, transfer through Kentucky, not NVC? How long that will take?
My 485 was filed last July,maybe I should wait us to do AOS instead of withdraw 485?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
