Kentucky Consular Center Processing Times

I submitted DV 2005 winning entry application to KCC in second half of May.

Does anyone know their processing times? Phone number? E-mail? Do they respond to inquires?

The Kentucky consular center's number and email address is given at the bottom of your winning letter.I am surprised how you don't have those information in your letter.They are very good in replying your query if you call them.if you email them then they will reply u after 2-3 weeks.

PS:- have your case # and date of birth handy because first thing they ask is your case #.
