I think you may just squeak in but I don't know the Sac'to timeline! The last day for registration to vote is about 2 weeks before the election date. So you typically have to have oath at least 2-3 weeks before early Nov. In Calif there is no same day registration on election day .
It is nice to see people excited about voting. Check the Sac'to timeline to get an idea of when to expect IL and OD.
