OK. I know there are a lot of difficult cases out there and everyone's case is particular but it s getting very difficult to read some of those threads.
Let s make it simple.
This thread is for labor certification filed in SC and sent to Charleston,SC.
I called this morning, they said everything up to January 2003 has been sent to Philadelphia BEC. Sent 'at the end of december 2004' she said.
My application was received in May 2001. I havent got any 45 letter BEC yet.
This thread is for people WHO APPLIED IN SC.
If this goes well, i will post thread for every states.
Only 2 types of replies should find their way in this Thread :
1. When was yur labor certification sent to CHarleston
or
2. When (if) did yu receive yur 45-days BEC letter. Please add the date yu initially filed your labor certification initially.
I believe every other issues like RIR and NON-RIR case should go in another thread.
