KCC: "Your forms have been received and are currently processing."

Dear friends,
After six weeks since the courier service confirmed delivery to KCC, KCC finally, on 31st July, confirmed that they have received my forms. After I emailed them, this is what they say.


Thank you for your inquiry.

Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.

Please refer to the visa bulletin on our website at www.travel.state.gov after the 15th of each month to locate the current numbers being processed.

My question is that, how much time does KCC take to process the forms? My case number, as you can see, is fairly low, and I am expecting my interview in mid October. Do you think that KCC would process my forms on time, and send me the second NL before September, so that I can have my interview in October?
I expect replies from friends who have experience with second notification letters.

It took about 1,5 months from courier delivery confirmation to them saying;

"Your forms have been received and are acceptable for the continuation of your visa processing. KCC is currently scheduling visa numbers for your region for the month of October."

after I requested an update. Although I don't get last sentence very well... Do they mean my Interview will be in October or just talking general for everyone?

With case number being in high 16000`s I doubt they meant that it will be in october.
