Kasmir & Others pl advice

I have received my second FP notice on 1/27. but till date the website is not updated with that information. I have a pending RFE on my EAD. No update on that too.

I am worried because if there is a response on my RFE EAD (withouth website getting updated with that info) but Attorney did not receive/lost in mail.

Please advice

Sorry but I cannot understand:
1) how exactly your situation is ?
2) what exactly you are worried about ?

I am worried because

1. Without website getting updated on my FP notice I got FP notice.
2. My response to RFE on EAD is pendingfor last six months.

What if they mailed a response but never updated their website on my RFE.

is it normal that website information is not updated every time.

In my guess, USCIS doesn't update 5-10% of changes.

Usually, USCIS doesn't update status when sending second fingerprint notice,
but does update when it is resumed.

Are you sure that USCIS had actually received your RFE documents ?
Did you (or your attorney) use FedEx or USPS Express Mail so that you could track ?

Also, I think you (or your attorney) had better ask to USCIS because 6 months already passed since you replied RFE.
