Since the start of September 2003, CSC have not progressed the JIT date at all.

VSC 1/2 month

NSC 1 month

TSC 3 1/2 months.

We all pity TSC applicants, but soon CSC could be the worst going on the current rate. Maybe TSC though a class action Writ of Mandamus might be issued for exceeding 999 days on the I 485 s ?

If the CSC would fail to allocate resource to I-485 adjudication in March 2004,
I believe we will have no chance for next several months by the end of this fiscal year.
Also, it takes a month or more that E-MAIL campaigns will be bearing.
I think a next few weeks are very important for us to take actions.

Of course, I am not the only person to propose such a campaign,
so please be creative to introduce new campaign for the forum.
I am pleased to join them.

Also, ths USCIS has been hiring Center Adjudications Officers since 12/1/2003 through 2/2/2004.

It may depend on how many people the CSC can get.

A lot of approvals at TSC forum.
