Kashmir !! Please help to post petition for I-140

Kashmir,

Yesterday, I sent an email to Monica with Petition letter for I-140 backlog in CSC. I need your help in putting a petition on www.immigration.com as I didn't get any response back from Monica.

If you think it is more better to have a campaign Nation wide, then in that case, we can modify our petition letter to make it Nation wide.

I was personally more aligned towards I-140 backlog for CSC as people in CSC has suffered the most. I waited for 2.5 years just to get my labour cleared. CSC is the worst in processing every type of case.

I am only a moderator at I-485 CSC forum, so I cannot put the petition by myself.
You definitely have to work with Monica for that.

The current I-140 applicants should make a decision.
If I were you, I would make the petition nationwide to get more signatures,
because we experienced a lot of difficulties and it took more than a month
just getting a thousand of signatures for I-485 Litigation even though it was nationwide,
however the final decision is totally up to you.

I am supporting your petition, and you are taking the initiative on this peition.

I too waited for 2.5yrs to get my labor approved. It is ridiculous to expect a couple of more years to get 140/485 processed. Let us get moving on this at the earliest. Let me know what can I do to help. I have already faxed the petitions to Eshoo, feinstein and barbara.
