I did apply my I485 thru CSC. but living in Michigan.

My details are: WAC-02-089-XXXXX
I485- RD: 01/16/02
ND:01/17/02
FP1: 04/22/02(CSC requested NSC to issue a First fingerprint)
RFE : 04/02/04
RFE response received on 04/15/04
My concerns are:1) I did not get my 2nd FP but got RFE and responded, is there any possibility that they aprove without 2nd FP.

I don't think I can help you out, anyway ...

I think no possibility.
You should receive second fingerprint notice soon.

By the way, where is 2) ?

Your fingerprints usually expire in 15 months. So you will not be approved until you receive your FP notice and go for fingerprinting.

I would advise you to take your old fingerprinting notice if you have one already and go for re-printing. Usually FP centers will accept your fingerprints and you might be able to skip the intermediate step of waiting for your fp notice, etc.

Actually, I tried this idea, but It didn't work for me.
