1. myself and my spouse we received 2 FP notices on Jan 27. Web site is not updated with that info.

2. We did our FP on Feb 5, no update in both the cases till now.

3. Info. on my spouse website changed to issued RFE on Feb 6.

My question is

We did our FP even before the website is updated with that info. is it ok?

Your report on 2/12 doesn't reflect the changes happened in my spouses case. Am surprised

Yes, it is fine. The case status on the website is purely for informational purpose and INS can take its own time to update it.

>3. Info. on my spouse website changed to issued RFE on Feb 6.
Something to cheer about, your RFE should follow as well

Hi, shreya,

First, the title you put to this thread is misleading.
I don't have much knowlede to answer questions.
There are a lot of people more knowledgeable than me.

> 1. myself and my spouse we received 2 FP notices on Jan 27. Web site is not updated with that info.

Usually, USCIS doesn't update the status.

> 2. We did our FP on Feb 5, no update in both the cases till now.

Many people have reported.
Maybe, 10-20% of cases seem not to be updated.

> 3. Info. on my spouse website changed to issued RFE on Feb 6.

Is it one of the followings ?
WAC02057 2004-02-07 RFE sent 2004-02-06 <- 2004-01-07 resumed
WAC02057 2004-02-07 RFE sent 2004-02-06 <- 2002-02-02 resumed
WAC02057 2004-02-07 RFE sent 2004-02-06 <- 2001-12-05 received

I think it should be no problem.
Also, your spouse should receive RFE very soon.

> Your report on 2/12 doesn't reflect the changes happened in my spouses case. Am surprised

Don't be suprised.
Project Kashmir is not perfect.
