Kashmir, help me out issue with First Name

Please advise me on this.

My name is: Jagadhieshwar Reddy Ganga

My passport says:
Given name: Jagadhieshwar Reddy
Last/surname: Ganga
which is correct.

Here in USA, On my SSN..
First name: Jagadhieshwar
Middle Name : Reddy
Last Name : Ganga
This is fine with me.

When i applied for my I485...
I put first name as : JAGADHIESHWAR REDDY ( I want to go with passport name)
and Last name as: Ganga
I received my Aproval notices today.. i realized that , bcoz of space problem for first name the last character is truncated..it is like this on the notice
Ganga, Jagadhieshwar Redd ('y' is truncated)
When i go to stamping I am confused what to put.
Can i make just like SSN , Which 'reddy' comes as middle name so that there won't be any truncations on the plastic card?
or fill as i put 'reddy' as part of first name.
which name do they consider for plastic card? I 485 aplication name or Form that i fill while stamping?
If i put the name just like SSN (Which I like) do they automatically correct the name in their records? please please advise me..

anytime if you have to at all...
 
there is no form to be filled during stamping. I suggest don't start this discussion with the officer during stamping. This will only cause delay and more confusion.

once you get the stamping done, try talking to IIO at 800 number to see what they have to say.

You first is not truncated, but your middle name is truancated. And middle name is not a big issue, as long your first name and last name are always same.

I filled I485 form with the first name of:
Jagadhieshwar Reddy but as space problem 'Y' is truncated , If i fill 'reddy'as middle name i would not have worried. I am worried , what name i get on the plastic card?
