I got a letter from my senator which attached a letter from TSC. It says my case is at Exams as of Feb 5. And apprx. time frame for approval will be between 60-90 days. Any news from you?
 
RFE

AVM said "today We have requested for additional information and a notice has been posted on 02/07/02"
I haven\'t received anything yet.
what are the changes of aprroval after a RFE??

What is this examiner.
My case is with the same guys since Jan 22.
I have not received any response from Senators yet.

The letter only says my case was sent to Exams as a result of congressional inquiry on 1/14/02. I know my case was with an supervisor since Jan 18, but don\'t know if it has been assigned or not. Therefore, I assume when a case gets out of the unit, it goes to Exams which includes supervisor/officer review and final approval. I think your case should be approved anytime. Hang in there and I\'m looking forware to your good news.
 
Different Attorney

Karen,
      My RFE has been sent to my original amployers attorney.
I have already changed employer (AC21)and I cannot discuss anything with that lawyer.
if I file a G28 now using different lawyer will TSC re-send the original RFE.
please let me know
 
I think U need to file G28 with a different lawyer

Also contact TSC when was RFE mailed. If they can reissue it to U.
If your original attorney has received it, there should be no problem in asking him to forward it.
You cna pay for the cost incurred
 
New lawyer now for G28

I have contacted a new lawyer and she is gonna file a G28.
The problem is the old lawyer is not relaible and he will take days to send out the materials.
its better to contact INS and ask them to re issue the RFE.
does anybody here or some one you know have such an experience ??
please let me know
