This guy did 2nd FP in May 01
I\'m from TSC. Folks, I am trying to find out if TSC changed their RFE response mesg or has it been the same way all thru?I got my RFE on 12/19/01 - 3 weeks after the AVM date 11/30/01 which was for employment letter and I-864 (affidavit of support - another proof of TSC\'s incompetency \'cos ours is a EB case and NOT a family based GC).
My attorney sent in my response on 12/31/01 and they recd it on 1/7/02 per AVM. When I checked my mesg a few mins ago,it changed to "this type of case is taking 240-365 days. However, since we recd a response to the RFE and all preliminary processing has taken place, we will mail u a decision within 365 days!!". I was expecting to hear a bloody approval mesg! What the hell is this mesg all about? Has anyone gone thru this stupid mesg? I am completely worn out waiting to hear the freakin\' approval mesg.

TSC-EB3-India;PD-4/18/97;RD-8/25/99;ND-9/14/99;1st FP-11/10/99 approved 1/00;2nd FP-5/9/01 approved 5/14/01;3rd AP approved on 8/22 and EAD on 9/1/01 9/26 for spouse, recd cards 10/03/01;AD-praying for it, application pending with the man upstairs as well!
