I have done masters from a US university and then worked on the business plan for the product I developed at the university. I contacted investores for the possible venture and it took a long time and by the time i got the investor and applied for my H1 it was already over. My OPT expired in november so I did not have any clue to what should I do. I enrolled in Kaplan course and I am planning to file my H1 again in the coming march. I own the company with the investor who is an american citizen and already owns other large business. My question are
1) Can my investor sponser my H1?
2) will Kaplan thing affect the H1?
3) my investor lives in a different state than me and I will be strating the comp in the state I reside. Will this affect my H1 or will I have to submit some other papers like different LCA
I would be really grateful if anybody could answer these questions
