does anyone know when the non-RIR for Kansas will start? I read somewhere on the Internet that the cases from Kansas are now being processed at the Chicago center. So does this mean that the priority dates will now be linked to the priority dates of Chicago? And also, is there a way to find out the number of applications that are pending with the various agencies.

no effect on priority date. after kansas state clears ur labor it will send it to chicago dol for further processing. this has been the case since oct 2001. so i dont think there shud be any changes. good luck.

do not know abt finding the number of pending cases.
