Kansas City INS

I applied for yet another (my third now) EAD at the Kansas CIty INS on June 26, 2002, and I have yet to receive a letter for the photo ID. The KC INS said it is taking between 30 to 60 and maybe up to 90 days to process and EAD application. Thought I would let you folks know.
