The biggest hit music is \'This case is Approved.....\' to anybody\'s ears. No wonder so many are waiting to hear this music to bring happiness and freedom.
Well folks....I heard this Last Friday.
My WAC# is 01-162-XXXXX,EB2 RIR.....another April Filer.
RD:04/02, ND:04/19.
AP and EAD July,
FP Done:08/15, Scheduled 08/31.
RFE Mailed by INS 10/26, I responded on 11/02.
The receipt of RFE was confirmed by AVM on 12/07 and
my 485 Approved on 12/12.
Received the Courtsey notice on 12/14 and should be doing the PP stamping
this week.
That\'ll be a Happy ending to this SAGA. My priority date was 06/08/00.
The whole process took about 24 months including the Newspaper Ads etc.
