K3 Visa Service Center Change

I have filed i-130 for my wife in Texas Service Center (I live in Arkansas). I checked the times for I-130 at the service center and it seems it will take about 6 months to process, but if i file with vermont service center, it seems it will be faster. Am i allowed to do this? Can file my I-130 in Texas and K3 in Vermont?
I have a local address in Vermont that i can give. Please let me know.
