K3 Visa Question

Good day all...

I am from Ottawa Canada and my Wife is from WV, USA ... we got married Jan 20th / 2006 in the states and I am currently living at her house here, but we are completely lost as to what forms to fill out .

If anyone could point us in the right direction or has gone through similar process and would like to share their experience it would be greatly appreciated.
