Has anyone had any luck with K3 visa for the Nebraska center? The other three centers show up as processing applications for 2005, whereas Nebraska is still processing applications for 2003. Is that true? I read somewhre that Nebraska is no longer processing K3 visas and the applications are sent to other center. I don't know how much truth there is to that. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
