My situation is as follows: I married my current wife in August. She is 37 and has NEVER been married. My NOA from MSC with a case number is dated the end of august. I have been previously married four times. My last wife was from the Philippines and the marriage lasted all of 10 weeks. After our separation, I withdrew my support for her change of status and INS sent us both a letter saying her I-485 was withdrawn, all action on the petition was terminated and that she should leave the US immediately. So here are my questions:
1. On the 09-01-03 processing update, MSC was reporting it was working on applications with a file date of April 17. Yet 15 days earlier, it was working on applications dated July 14. WHAT HAPPENED?
2. Assuming all our paperwork is in order and she would otherwise "pass" the visa interview, what are the chances that the Embassy will put her visa application in "Administrative Review"? and for how long would it take for them to then release the visa.
3. Are there any proactive steps I can take to help things along.
