K3 visa and Felony: how does it affect the process?

If a US citizen applying for his wife's K3 visa and has a felony on his criminal records, in what way (if any) is it going to affect the process? I noticed there are no background questions on I-130, but I'm still very confused. Does anybody has any knowledge on this matter?

It may affect your case under the regulations of IMBRA.
