k3 in china

Anyone has tried to petition for a spouse to come to the US from china using K3? Can you give me more advices pls?

Hi jackchen09,

I am also planning to apply K-3 Visa for my wife.

However I looked around all US consulates websites in China, and only found K-1 Visa type application in Guangzhou.

If you have any information regarding K-3 Visa in China, could you point me to the link?

The process for a K-3 visa is much the same as for a K-1 only the verbage of fiance and spouse differs and from memory the only thing different form wise is that K-3's do not complete the DS-156K which is for fiance's.
