Hello from South Dakota. I am the petitioner for my wife who lives over seas. Is the security IBIS and all the checks done on me too or just with her? IF it's done on me and I have misdemeanors back from 13 years ago, will that at all effect me being the petitioner? DO I as the petitioner have to do Fingerprint checks or just her?
