k3 appl 130, rules on origionals.

I ask 20 people and get 20 differnt answers.

Shouldnt "retain all origionals", say:

Retain all orignionals ,excect the I130,G325a's , these must be
properly signed and the signature can not be a copy.

This is a very confusing statement ,especialy sense it also
states to make 2 copies of every thing.
Why am I makeing copies of origionals that I RETAIN?
unless I am sending USCIS 2 copies of my origional.
which I am clearly not doing.

please help me, sending 130 , in 1 day.

I would just love to retain my origional spanish translation of birth and marriage certificate, obtained at great effort!!

IMPORTANT!
Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in.

I am not clear what your question, but I am guessing...


You are NOT supposed to send originals. Send oly the copies, CIS will ask you for originals if they need them. Hope this answer your question.
