k1 and k2

Hi list,
I am a US citizen trying to apply for my fiance and her daughter. I understand I have to file two petitions for K1 and K2. What applications do I need to download I-129F is good for both k1 and k2? and also I found out I need to submit the following along with the petition:
Statements from both of us
W2 for 3 years
Photographs
Divorce decree for both

Any other document is required?, please let me know.
