I am a US Citizen and filed a I-129F for my spouse who is in Pakistan. The petition was received on June 18, 2008. The general processing time online was said to be December 2008.
I have been to the Houston US Immigration office two times and have been told that a SECURITY CHECK is pending.
What are your recommedations to fix this situation?
