I am really confused about all the paper work for the marriege thing. First all the medical tests that one has to go through (once for marriage and once for the greencard?) and then so many different forms. Ok, maybe first I should explain all. I am from the Netherlands and the fiance from a girl from Puerto Rico.
We are having all sorts of troubles handling all the paperwork and we were wondering if filling out this forms were mandatory, or we could request a greencard later on after we have married?
