Suppose we didn't get married within 90 days and I LEAVE the country, does it have any effect on possible future visa applications?

I mean can I still apply for a university next year or apply for a short visit (B2) in the future?

It will not affect. As a matter of fact you would have demonstrated that your intention was not to immigrate and might help in future non-immigrant visas. You might consider talking to an attorney.
