K1 - if not getting married

Hi,
I'm new to the community. I really hope that you can help.
Recently I got engaged to an American citizen. I received my finace visa last week, but at the same time my fiance started to be pushi in marriage.

I was just wondering if I/we decided NOT to get married, is there any way I can stay in the US without marring my fiance?

Can I change my status (within 90 days) perhaps through employmet or any other means?

You will have to marry within 90 days of entering US on k1 visa. If you do not wish to marry, you will have to leave the country immediately. Changing your visa status will cause you problems later as that would make them believe that your intention was only to enter US and will be considered as a fraud.

No. If you are the beneficiary(fiance overseas) of the K1, you cannot marry anyone other than the petitioner(US citizen fiance) using that visa. Not sure what happens if you marry someone else. Hope this helps

When you file for adjustment of status, chances are application maybe denied and may even be deported. Alternate solution is to return back to the home country and reapply for another k1.

hey .. i ask you .. if i get separte someone other coutry want me a marry get second pay me for driovce then get new marry change new last name ??? so i have no idea
