K1- How to calculate 90 days

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if someone can tell me if satisified the 90 day rule. My fiance came here on
September, 9, 2009 and we got married on December, 8, 2009. If I count on my fingers it comes to 91 days.
But If I use a calculator it tells me it is 90 days.

Look in her passport. There should be a stamp indicating the date which signifies the date by which marriage needs to take place. This will signify the date when then 90 days are up.

Oh- and if the stamp can't be found in the passport, it will definitely be on her white I-94 card.
I used a calendar and I too counted 91 days.......however Im not sure whether they count the day of arrival as a full day or whether it carries over to the next. If this is case, then it will be 90 days. Finding that stamp is critical so you know whether you need to additionally file an I-130 or not when your wife comes to file for AOS

I checked the I94 it says admitted September, 9, 2009 and under that it says unitl december ,2009. I guess I am ok

Sounds like you're good to go to file for AOS without the need of an I-130
