Interview scheduled in US Embassy
in Abu Dhabi/UAE in August 2008
4 months passed, still waiting for Visa, E-mailed embassy many time, they said case pending for extra admin work, whatever that means,
My senator sent two letters, the answer was the same,
my question is if anyone goes through the same painful experience,
can i file a lawsuit for this type of case?
