k visa?? need help

I'm presently living in montreal quebec with dual citizenship can/us and am moving to the US.Isit definately the k visa i need for my wife and kids? and do i need this before crossing with them or do i do it once i'm there? i need help on the proper procedure to follow in order to cross the border thnx a million

Hello,

If you are a US citizen and have a canadian wife and kids then you need the K-3 and K-4 visa respectively. If you are not married yet then you need a K-1 and K-2 visa respectively for your fiancee and her kids. Both K-1 and K-3 visas take about 6-8 months to process. For further info click on:
