My Fiance who is a US Citizen by birth recently moved back to the US a year ago and she is planning to file for the K-visa for me. What are our chances? she currently earns 21k per anumm.Can she sign an Affidavidt of support for me or can someone else sign?All in all i guess am just trying to guage the level of sucess we should expect. Pls someone out there reply ASAP............
