Hi there,
I'm going to marry soon in Italy my US citizen fiancé.
We'd like to apply for a K-3 marriage visa, but the problem is: she's just graduated, and she doesn't have a job.
if she goes back to the US and find a job, will that suffice even if she has just started it? Can her dad - US citizen who now resides abroad - sponsor us?
besides, I'm a Master's degree holder and I don't think I would have any troubles in finding a job once in the US...
what do you think?
Thansk a lot!
Roberto
