Hi, I am seeking clarification on my situation. I am British, married to a US citizen and living in Canada. We are separated but not divorced. Does my situation in any way inhibit my wife's ability to sponsor me via a spouse visa? Even though we are no longer actively in a relationship. I can't find much on this topic so I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
