K-3 Question!

When you are applying for a spouse. Do you send in the I-130 and th I-129F at the same time or do you have to send I-130 first and wait for NOA? Thank you in advance.

Did you find an answer to your question ? I would be curious too given that it is taking the Vermont service center over 4 months just to generate NOA. I think it defeats the purpose of filing I-129F if you cannot file it until the I-130 is acknowledged.
