For the docs I need to provide that prove we can legally marry, Question B requests "Provide Original statements from you and your fiance whom you plan to marry within 90 days of admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent..."
What does this mean? We live in China, I am a New Yorker and US-citizen, and ready to file my I-129F with the VCS and this is the last piece I need to complete. It's easy to draft a letter of intent and each of us sign it. What else do I need?
