K-1 Visa Question

My fiance is a Canadian citizen. I am a US citizen. We plan on getting married once he gets his Visa approved. We haven't filed yet but will be shortly. Once we file the application, can he enter the US to visit me while the application is being processed? Please help if anybody knows the answer to this.

He can enter AFTER he gets his K1 visa. You will have to get married within 90 days after he enters US on his K1 visa.
 
Is possible to submit 129F abroad?

Hi,
I am burkinabe my fiancée is US citizen; I want to know if is it possible for her to submit 129F here in burkina Faso before I get k1 visa? and what time it will take?
Can anyone help me?
