My fiance is a Canadian citizen and we are filing K-1 Visa so we can get married and he can become a US citizen. On the Biographic form that you have to fill out it asks for mother and father information. He has a step-father and legally took his step-father's name when he was 7. Does he have to put his birth father's name and information down also? His birth certificate shows his step-father's name not the birth father.
