K-1 if Resident and non resident Marry?

Hello I have a question regarding the K1 visa or K visas in general

The situation is that I and my girlfriend who lives in Mexico Tijuana want to get married I live in Vista CA.; the thing is that I want her to come live with me but she has no Visa of any kind we need assistance to know how I can apply for a K visa... Now here is the main issue I Am a US Permanent Resident NOT Citizen, I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide in this issue

Hello,

K-1, Fiancee visa is only for the persons who have a US citizen fiancee. Since you are a legal permanent resident, you are not able to file the K-1 petition on behalf of your fiancee in Mexico. The option available to you is to get yourself naturalized to become a US citizen and then file for the K-1 petition on behalf of your fiancee in Mexico.
