Myself and my wife's case got approved on 27 july 2004 but received e-mail notification on 29th july 2004. today ( july 30th 2004 ) we went to Atlanta USCIS office for passport stamping with e-mail notification printout and they accepted, got a stamping in my passport. We went around 6:45 am and came out at 8:15 am.
