She won\'t give me the info that whether my case is assigned to an officer or not? Then she told me that they are processing Jan 2000 cases. Is it a normal type of response from IIO?

No. They\'ll usually tell you if the case is assigned . Better luck next time with a different IIO. Also she should say Jan 2001 and not
Jan 2000.
