Just talked to IIO. RFE issued for Apr case.

My info is RD 4/3/01, ND 4/18, FP 9/18. I am frustrated by additional delay, given many June case approved already. The IIO didn\'t (or wouldn\'t) say what kind of info they look for and just mentioned it will be mailed out in a week.

Anybody has ideas about what kind of info they would be looking for and what\'s the time frame after RFE? Thanks for your help!

I think the April filers are just unlucky!

The IIOs don\'t get to see the details in your RFE (stupid computer system). You have to wait for the RFE.

I know it\'s very unfair. I have only seen May/June approvals but no RFEs for them.
 
Another possibility is Medical document

According to my attorney, sometimes it\'s about the medical document. Certainly another major reason is employment letter. It\'s really a big test for patience, even not your fault!
