Just Talked to IIO, Mar. /2001 Case

Just talked to a nice guy, he said don\'t worry about "Case not found".
Everything seems okay, I was also told that my finger print also cleared.
Expecting to approve in 60-90 days, if not hearing anything by Feb. 2002.
Let my lawyer call them.

RD 3/19, ND 3/23, FP 8/2, AVM: Still Case not found

Did you ask what RD they are currently processing or if your case has been assigned to an officer?

They were officially processing RD Feb 15 on Nov 21.

30 or 60-90 days is the stock answer they give and cannot make out too much from it.

If they have the case assigned that means with luck your approval may come shortly ( in 2 - 3 weeks ).
