Just talked to IIO for the first time

I knew it's just wasting of time, but decided to call finally.

Indeed, my case (02-041) was not even assigned.

Only suggestion was to send a fax to the Division 4, (949) 389-3055 (if I wrote down it correctly)

Can anybody point to a format of that fax? Does it have to be sent by lawyer?
